Q. I would like to order more than one letter, will they all be different wording?

A. Yes, each letter is personalised individually to each child.

Cheque made payable to "Your Novelty Gifts" (clearance takes 3 banking days on receipt of cheque)

Postal order - crossed and made payable to "Your Novelty Gifts"

Online via PayPal with credit card, debit card or a paypal account.

We weill notify you when you payment has been received can cleared if it is a cheque.

Q. If I buy more than one letter can you post them to different addresses?

A. Yes, as you'll see when you go to the order page there will be a delivery address box, simply fill this in. It's all the details we will need to successfully deliver your letter to the correct address.

Q. What is the last date I must order by to receive a letter before Christmas?

A. Our final posting date for United Kingdom address is is 17th December. For overseas orders our final posting date is 7th December to ensure delivery. Orders processed prior to this date are usually despatched the same day (for orders received by 2pm).
