Complaints - We will respond to all complaints immediately and in any case within 48 hours.  We aim to resolve all customer complaints immediately and certainly within 14 days. You will always be kept informed by email or by telephone until the complaint is resolved.

On line Payments/Privacy policy -  We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa and MasterCard; Switch, Solo and Delta payable through PayPal which ensures secure online transactions. We never have access to or store your financial details. Your statement will show payments made to 'Your novelty gifts'

Affiliates - you may be re-directed to partner companies who will provide the product you are requesting.  It should be borne in mind that the Terms and Conditions relating to that company are the ones that are in force when you actually purchase the product, and not these ones.  You will clearly know when you are dealing with a partner company since the web site design will be totally different to that of ‘your novelty gifts’

Postage and Packaging - All postage and packaging for despatch to UK addresses is included in the price of the product and no extra postage is due.  For despatch to addresses in the rest of the world an additional cost will be incurred to cover postage. Postage costs will also be shown prior to acceptance of the credit card.

Delivery policy - Letters will be despatched on the date you request when placing your order. Delivery will be made by Royal Mail. Your novelty gifts expect your order to be delivered within four days although cannot be held responsible for late delivery due to royal mail or acts of god.

Refund Policy - Faulty Goods - All goods leaving our premises are subjected to quality control checks prior to despatch, however should an item be damaged in delivery, you can rest assured our refund policy is in place to give you total peace of mind. We guarantee our goods will arrive in good condition and so offer a full refund on faulty or substandard goods. Your novelty gifts ask that should you be in receipt of the goods that are proven to be faulty and in the first instance contact us via email   (see contacts page). You will be requested to return the item in question, with packaging, where you will be given the option of a full refund (including cost of return postage) or a replacement.

Cancellation policy - Orders for Santa Letters can be cancelled up to 3 days before your requested despatch date. This needs to be done by email and a full refund will be made. Cancellations cannot be made after this time as your order will have been processed and ready for despatch.

Statutory Rights - Your statutory rights are not affected.
