Our overal aim at Father Christmas Letter is to create a magical, personalised experience for children everywhere in the world, but more importantly we want to keep Christmas alive for your child,............ and at Father Christmas Letter we do exactly that! Letter Design

Having had our Santa letters designed in the Santa Grotto Art Studio, you’re promised a high quality photographic Christmas theme print that you won't find anywhere else in the world. Digitally imposed onto 120grm bond paper enables you to see and feel the quality and authenticity of our product.You will notice by browsing our letters designs that the Santa Grotto Art Studio has designed all letters with a traditional theme, thus avoiding cheap clipart images that are often found on inferior sites. Utilising traditional wooden toys and images really creates not just a letter but a beautiful Christmas picture that is personalised to your child, ensuring that you will want to frame it in your childs bedroom so it can be enjoyed for years to come.

Presentation

We take great care in the presentation of your Santa letter, packaging your goods with no creases or folds. They are posted in an A4 size red envelope with the North Pole post mark and addressed directly to your child. All Santa Letters arrive with an embossed 'North pole Santa seal of approval' which are all individually hand pressed by Santa’s elves. (Click here for letter details).

FREE Gifts

All letters received from Santa arrive with a free jumbo door hanger so your child can hang it on their door on Christmas Eve. (we don’t want Santa to get the wrong bedroom now do we?) Your free door hanger is printed on 300grm silk in full colour. It proves to be extremely durable and of exceptional quality. On the door hanger is a space for your child to write their name in and a checklist on the reverse to make sure they have left Rudolph’s carrots out, Santa’s milk, and they have tidied their bedroom. (It’s a perfect way to ensure each child goes to bed early!) A Free ‘You have been good’ certificate is also enclosed with each letter, which states their name and is Santa’s official acknowledgment of them being good.

Refund Policy - Faulty Goods - All goods leaving our premises are subjected to quality control checks prior to despatch, however should an item be damaged in arrival, you can rest assure our refund policy is in place to give you total peace of mind. We guarantee our goods will arrive in good condition and so offer a full refund on faulty or substandard goods. Your novelty gifts ask that should you be in receipt of the goods that are proven to be faulty in anyway that in the first instance contact be made to Your Novelty Gifts via email or telephone (see contact details below). You will be requested to return the item in question, with packaging, where you will be given the option of a full refund (including cost of return postage) or a replacement.

Privacy Policy:

Your novelty gifts are committed to being responsive to customer requirements. We really do value your custom and input . Any comments, suggestions, complaints or routine customer support can be made by contacting us on the relevant page.

Complaints - We will respond to all complaints immediately and in any case within 48 hours.  We aim to resolve all customer complaints immediately and certainly within 14 days. You will always be kept informed by email or by telephone until the complaint is resolved.

On line Payments/Privacy policy -  We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa and MasterCard; Switch, Solo and Delta payable through PayPal which ensures secure online transactions. We never have access to or store your financial details. Your statement will show payments made to 'Your novelty gifts'

Affiliates - you may be re-directed to partner companies who will provide the product you are requesting.  It should be borne in mind that the Terms and Conditions relating to that company are the ones that are in force when you actually purchase the product, and not these ones.  You will clearly know when you are dealing with a partner company since the web site design will be totally different to that of ‘your novelty gifts’

Postage and Packaging-All postage and packaging for despatch to UK addresses is included in the price of the product and no extra postage is due.  For despatch to addresses in the rest of the world an additional cost will be incurred to cover postage. Postage costs will also be shown prior to acceptance of the credit card.

Delivery policy-Letters will be despatched on the date you request when placing your order. Delivery will be made by Royal Mail. Your novelty gifts expect your order to be delivered within four days although cannot be held responsible for late delivery due to royal mail or acts of god.

Cancellation policy -   Orders for Santa Letters can be cancelled up to 3 days before your requested despatch date. This needs to be done by email and a full refund will be made. Cancellations cannot be made after this time as your order will have been processed and ready for despatch.
